The staff here are always so sweet and friendly! I was beyond hungry one night and needed something quick to pickup and eat. They were about to close, so I called and asked if they would be able to still serve me right at 10 if I ran over, and they were like "come on in!" When I got there, they were SO friendly. Usually people would huff and puff (which I would understand) but they were just great. It's nice to know all the food is replaced fresh each day too. Never have had any complaints!

I like Willy's! The only complaint I have about this location is the refrigeration unit that holds the mix-in ingredients really needs a thorough cleaning and the person preparing your meal should not use the wall in the unit to scoop up your selection. I don't believe they are aware that they are doing this, but from the customer side of the glass, you can see old ingredients dried on the wall from prior scoopings. It's not only disgusting, but a health hazard. For my bowl, I selected ingredients that were not near the wall.....but I kept thinking, if that area isn't properly maintained, what else should I be concerned with?

Willy's offers your typical fast food Mexican style cuisine. The cheese dip is amazing, and the steak burrito is probably my favorite dish. The frito burrito is also unique and delicious.
The customer service at this particular location is very welcoming and friendly. Their computer system was down the last time I went in, and I didn't have any cash after they made my food. They gave me my food and drink for free due to their computer error. Not many places would do that, and I really appreciate it! -

This Willy's is super convenient with a huge parking lot, as it is in a Kroger shopping center. The employees are kind and it isn't overcrowded (in fairness I usually go during my sunday grocery trip, so can't speak on the rest of the week). I usually get a veggie option as I'm super picky about chicken and don't really eat steak out, but their pork is shockingly flavorful! The restaurant is clean, and the food is much better than Chipotle.

72 health score. The owner simply can't get this store clean. Sweat drenched employees use their gloved hands to touch utensils, trays, rags, and then the food. We've given up and now go elsewhere.
